Cancellation Policy

Reiki sessions are provided as a holistic approach to well-being. The use of Flow This Way services should be seen as a complement to, rather than a substitute for, traditional medical approaches. Flow This Way does not cure or replace professional medical treatment. Reiki is delivered lying down or in a seated chair position. It is not a form of massage, and the client remains fully clothed. ​I understand that Reiki is a relaxation and stress reduction technique. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose or prescribe substances, nor interfere with treatment of a licensed medical professional. Reiki practitioners are not currently licensed in the United States. I understand that Reiki is being provided by Nicole Matousek at my request. I agree to hold Nicole Matousek harmless and understand that she is not responsible for the outcome of the session. Any personal information or discussions shared during sessions will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Your privacy will be respected, and no information will be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. You affirm that your participation in Flow This Way sessions are entirely voluntary and that you have chosen to engage in this practice of your own free will. You have the right to discontinue the session at any time if you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed. By booking an appointment you agree to this disclaimer, you assume full responsibility for your own health and well-being. Refund Policy: You understand that due to the nature of the sessions all services are non-refundable and provided without any guarantees or warranties. You acknowledge that any claims or causes of action, known or unknown, are waived.
